Lunch Today and My Upcoming Trip to Hobby Lobby

Thanks to Tupperware, I was able to eat my dinner last night for lunch today.  I guess  you could say I'm a little obsessed with salmon at the moment. Also, I have nothing to post about, because I've banned myself from Hobby Lobby until Saturday.  That's the last day I can use the 40% off one item coupon.  I'm going to buy a large canvas for above my bed to paint the lyrics from Coldplay's "Till Kingdom Come." Will post more about this project later.  Also, Saturday is the last day for the 30% home decor fabric. I think I've decided on the striped fabric for the dining room chairs.

Salmon Again

Made some salmon for dinner, with a side of potatoes au gratin and lima beans.

Summer Salmon Supper

In an effort to be more health conscious, I cooked salmon for dinner the other night. Used soy sauce, lemon, and salt and pepper to season. The two sides are caesar salad and scampi-esque pasta. Perfect Monday night dinner.
